Karma Notes uses a bi-polar scale of “going well” and “improve on” for assessing behaviours. The scale has been used as it helps capture specific input on your employee’s performance in a specific event.
Scores for behaviours are calculated on the feedback received using the bi polar scale. An example for the same is given below:
E.g. For communication, an employee has received 30 feedbacks of which 20 have been marked as ‘going well’ and 10 have been marked as ‘improve on’. The score for communication will be:
